At Authentic Consulting Group, we believe in keeping things real. When we started this journey, the idea wasn’t just to build another consulting firm. It was to create something meaningful—a company that prioritizes honesty, transparency, and genuinely helping organizations make the most of their workforce technology.

For years, I worked in the industry, working with clients to listen to their challenges and find the right combination of UKG solutions. I loved the challenge, the problem-solving, and the chance to see businesses thrive. But there was something missing. Too often, I saw organizations get bogged down by overly complicated processes, unclear guidance, and technology that felt more like a burden than a tool. I knew there had to be a better way.

That’s why I launched Authentic Consulting Group, with my business partner Ben Munoz. We specialize in UKG strategy, implementations, and ongoing services. But more importantly, we specialize in making things work for real people and businesses in the real world.
